Patrick, the contractor, is a friendly guy and does great work. We have had work orders that were addressed quickly. We have had a great experience with Motor City and would recommend them!

Fast resolution time
I’ve been renting through Motor City Property Managers since 2015 and I haven’t had any problems with the staff. I love the fact that they are willing to work with you if you have a little setback. I don’t really have any issues with the house but when I do, they send someone over to take care of the problem.
Friendly & professional
We have been in our house 4 years and never had an issue with the office or any of the contractors that have had to come to the property.
