I have been a residential property manager for 8 years, and my only regret in this line of work is that I didn’t have Motor City Property Managers placing my tenants from day one. In the end, I’ve made more money by paying for their services because they have yet to place a “problem” tenant in one of my properties. They do their homework and make sure that anyone they place is capable of paying the rent and will take care of the place.
